Thumbnail: Even the most diehard Celtics fans may be a bit distracted for this one by another big act in town (hello, Patriots). With that said, this game counts just as much in the standings as any other one does, even if no one is watching.
The things you need to know? Avery Bradley remains questionable with a rib injury. Look for Leandro Barbosa to get the nod once again in his place if he can’t go. The Pistons are fresh off a trip from London, having dropped a double-digit decision to the Knicks. Even though they may still be a bit jetlagged, their legs will be fresh, having only played one game over their past week plus.
Perhaps more importantly, they are playing .500 basketball lately, and are a tough out at home. The C’s will need to have all hands on deck for this one, with a tough schedule looming later this week, they can’t afford to lose winnable games like this.
Celtics 92, Pistons 88
