Post-game Reactions

In case you missed it from Friday night, John Wall was invited to throw out the first pitch for the Nationals home game against the Orioles. Hilarity ensued:

That effort brought me  back down memory lane to 2008, when after Boston won their 17th Championship, the Sox invited the team to Fenway to celebrate their title, as well as throw out the first pitch. Captain Paul Pierce handled the honors and delivered this gem:

Hey, at least he got it to the plate. I’ll take high and hard anyday of the week over what Wall served up there.  The C’s most accurate fireballer, after the jump

I'd take Pierce's pitch. He had the best form out of all of them even though his accuracy was well off. At least he let it rip unlike Garnett who took the lob it approach and looked like he had never thrown a baseball. Pierce should have been the best because he's been around baseball growing up since one of his half-brothers was drafted in baseball.

HAHAHAHAHA nothing against girls, but if I was 12 years old, I'd say he throws like a girl. lol

PP was much better than KG, Wall and Butler. PP may have sprayed it but at least he put some heat into it and threw it like a man. KG lobbed it like baby and Wall and Butler just sucked.. like they were housewives who hadn't played ball ever.

You should post Ray's. His first pitch was better than all of these. He looked like he could be a pitcher. I bet Rondo would do great. I think he used to be a pitcher when he was younger.
