Post-game Reactions

In case you missed it, Glen Davis made a brief appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live earlier this week to challenge their resident pop-a-shot champion Ricardo, who has a storied history defeating NBA players in the arcade game on the show. How did Glen fare? Well, it’s safe to say his market value may have taken yet another hit. Here’s the depressing video:

Well to be fair, Kobe, Lebron, Melo, Odom and Barkley all lost as well to this guy. However, he probably had the worst score amongst all of them even Barkley who had been retired for many many years now had a better score. Plus they played against a guy who wasn't blindfolded..so while the rest did lose, Sadly Davis of course has the inglorious honor of having the lowest score and losing to a blindfolded guy.

Does this points count toward official career score? Probably not?

Maybe he should challenge Ray Allen, Larry Bird, Reggie Miller, heck Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki. Then I'll be impressed.

I'd like to see Ray and Reggie but beating Kobe and Melo who are both also good mid range jump shooters is not something to just disregard. Plus this game isn't about whose best at shooting in the NBA. Ray's muscle memory means hes more used to taking his shots with a full flow of muscle movements starting with his feet. So I don't think Ray is a 100% guaranteed to win this.

Certainly not a good omen but not nearly as depressing as Marv Albert's career at this point.

That'll be the closest Baby comes to making a three.

Marv's career is still going strong. He's only doing this for fun not because it's the only gig he can get. He's got a new NFL gig at CBS along with his TNT job. He's still at the top of his game.
