Teams with home court advantage in playoffs win series an amazing .767 of the time. Info from: http://www.nba.com/2009/news/features/john_schuhm
These numbers are skewed low by conference finals which are at .500. Finals with 2-3-2 format are at .800 in favor of home team. It's almost impossible to win middle 3, and if you don't, you have to win two on the road.
Celtics seriously defied odds last year making it to Finals. What makes you/me/us believe Celtics can make it to Finals again? Even if C's make it to Finals, how can they beat 2-3-2 format? I'd say they have to win first two on road, or split first two and sweep all three home games.

Doc either needs to rest starters or play to win. You can't do both. When you try (as they are), you do neither and you demoralize team with losses.
